Listing of any business or organization on our website(s) is not an endorsement by the District.  The district has developed it(s) websites to promote tourism and development in the District..  The District has made a reasonable effort to include information about businesses and organizations within the District.  However if the District is not informed of changes to the businesses or organizations the District cannot make timely changes to the website(s).

Links or listings on the District’s website(s) are provided as a courtesy.  The District does not accept paid or premium listings on website(s).  Listings and categories of businesses and organizations are made in alphabetical order.  Businesses or Organizations within the District can request to be listed on the District(s) website(s).  The Businesses or Organizations are responsible to make timely and accurate notification to the District for changes needed in their listing.  The District reserves the right to remove any listing if the District finds the listing, information or link provided inaccurate.  The District reserves the right to remove any listing if the Business or Organization is in arrears to the District.  If the District determines the listing not in the public interest or a burden to the District the listing may be removed.

As the District does not have a formal staffed office the District uses the Jasper Lake Sam Rayburn Chamber of Commerce as a contact point for tourism activities in the Lake Area.
