Largest Lake in the State of Texas:  When at normal elevation pool Lake Sam Rayburn is 114,500 of water fun!  This equals to 178 square miles of water surface and Lake Sam Rayburn stretches 79 miles long.

Angelina River:  Runs south from Lake Sam Rayburn to Lake B.A. Steinhagen for canoe, kayak, and boat cruising.

Golf:  18 holes in the pines at Rayburn Resort.
